We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty when you receive it.
Please let us know immediately on the day of delivery by emailing us at email@example.com. We will look into this and if appropriate we will cover your postage for you to send it back to us.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods back to our return address if your refund claim is successful. We may deduct from your refund if the goods have been damaged or used, resulting in loss of value.

We try to display colours on our site as accurately as possible. However the colour that you see depends on various different reasons such as your monitor display for this reason we cannot guarantee that the colours shown will be a exact match.
All Measurements including weight, length and thickness are approximate and should not be taken as exact measurements.
Errors When Ordering
You can correct/change your order up until the point you checkout. If you have already placed your order but wish to make a change please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our LiveChat service as we will not be able to amend this after it is dispatched, we will then do our best to correct the issue. After the order has been dispatched you will have to adhere to our returns policy.
