Delivery details

Please take extra care to enter the correct address details when placing your order. We will not be held liable if you don’t receive your parcel because the wrong address or delivery instructions were entered.

Customs Fees for International Orders

Please Note: Due to the ever-changing customs fees and tariffs for each country, we do not cover import or customs charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay for import & customs fees. This includes Northern Ireland.

Delivery Charges

Delivery starts at £3.50.This increases with weight, which is calculated when you check out. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

RM Tracked 48 (Tracked) - Usually 2 - 4 working days AFTER dispatch, but can take longer during busy periods. This is a tracked service and you will automatically receive your tracking number on dispatch.

RM Tracked 24 (Tracked) - Usually Next Day Delivery, but can take up to 2 working days. This is a tracked service and you will automatically receive your tracking number on dispatch.

Please bare in mind delivery times are not set in stone. We cannot guarantee delivery within the time frames mentioned above. The time frames mentioned above are stated by the courier company. 

If you need your order urgently, we would advise you to purchase the RM Tracked 24.

Dispatch

We usually dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods such as bank holidays, public holidays or when we run sales, this may be extended.

Please note: During sales our dispatch time usually increases to 3 to 5 business days.

Couriers

We use 3rd party couriers to provide our delivery service, including Royal Mail although this will vary on the weight of the order.
